Reeves did win a conference title in Atlanta, but didn't do much else. Also, he was the one who held Elway back his first ten years with an antiquated offensive scheme. Reeves, unlike Levy and Grant, won conference championships with different teams.Brian wolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03887742217457349700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4958997061437462003.post-39213560243036385342020-08-19T19:21:44.016-06:002020-08-19T19:21:44.016-06:00I wouldn't have him in, either. If Chester doesn't get that TD pass to bounce to him, or if Wilbur Young doesn't jump offsides on 3rd and 6 with about six minutes left, things may have been different. I'm gues...Too many coaches already in the HOF. I'm guessing Flores' HOF plaque will say "effectively stewarded immensely talented Raiders team to two Super Bowl titles". Is that good enough to be enshrined? Maybe to some, but I wouldn't have put Flores in. Lost in the postseason to Richard Todd, Dave Krieg, Tony Eason. If you give Flores credit for rehabilitating Plunkett, what about Buddy Parker developing Bobby Layne? I would rather have seen Parker or Coryell get in.
