ELITE ELEVEN: Who Am I?

Here goes...In my career I accomplished the following—am the only player to have returned an interception over 50 yards, punt over 50 yards, and a run from scrimmage over 50 yards for a touchdown in a career, while also throwing a touchdown pass of at least 80 yards in back to back weeks. Twice I threw a TD pass, and scored a rushing touchdown in a game. Twice I caught a TD pass, and rushed for a TD in a game. Who am I?
   
In my career I accomplished the following—gained over 1,000 yards rushing in a season, and threw for over 750 yards passing in my career (though I only threw 5 TD passes, two them went to the league receiving champions). I scored at least 35 touchdowns both rushing & receiving, and 3 times scored both rushing and receiving touchdowns in the same game. Who am I?

In my career, I accomplished the following—am the only player with 2 KRs over 50 yards, and 2 PRs of 80 yards or longer, while also scoring a rushing and receiving touchdown in a game 4 times. Eight times scored on a play of 50 yards or longer in my career either rushing or receiving. Who am I?
   
In my career I accomplished the following—am the only player to score a TD, and kick a FG at least 8 times in a game, while also scoring on an interception, punt, kick-off, and run from scrimmage of at least 65 yards. Also, first player to catch TD pass, throw TD pass, and return an interception for a TD in the same game. Who am I?

In my career I accomplished the following—am the only player in league history to intercept 3 passes in a game, and then in my next game rush for 100 yards, and score 25 points. Later in my career I threw a TD pass, caught a TD pass, and kicked a field goal in the same game. I also led the league in receiving. Who am I?

In my career I accomplished the following—am the only player to return either a punt or kickoff for a touchdown for six consecutive years and rush for over 200 yards in a game. I also scored on 4 touchdown runs of over 50 yards, and caught 14 TD passes of at least 50 yards. Who am I?

In my career I accomplished the following—scored touchdowns rushing & receiving, while also kicking a field goal in the same game. Four times I threw a TD pass and kicked a FG in the same game.

Am the only player in league history to score a touchdown, and kick a field goal in the same game 17 times. Who am I?
   
In my career I accomplished the following—am the first player in league history to rush for over 180 yards in a game twice, and catch passes for over 190 yards in a game. Nine times I scored a rushing & receiving touchdown in the same game. Once I returned a kick-off, ran from scrimmage, and caught a td pass in the same game. Eleven times I returned a kick-off at least 45 yards in a game. Who am I?

In my career I accomplished the following—am the only player in league history to kick a field goal, and have a touchdown run of at least 50 yards in the same game, while also at some point in my career-----return an interception for a touchdown, return a punt at least 40 yards, return a kick-off at least 60 yards, score touchdowns both rushing & receiving in a game at least 6 times, and finally throw a touchdown pass, and score a touchdown in a game at least 6 times. who am I?

In my career I accomplished the following;—am the only player to score on 8 TD runs of over 50 yards, and 17 TD receptions of over 50 yards. I scored a TD receiving & rushing 12 times in the same game in my career. Who am I?

  1. wow Coach TJ, those are good challenges.....without spending zillions of hours trying to go through PFR and collate for all of them, I'll start and say I'm confident that #11 is really #24 Lenny Moore....

  2. Tough quiz. Pretty sure #2 is John David Crow, #6 is Bobby Mitchell and #8 is Paul Hornung. The other seven have got me stumped.

    I thought #1 was Baugh #2 Crow #3 Sayers #4 Thorpe #5 Matson #6 Mitchell #7 Norm Van Brocklin #8 Hornung #9 Walker #10 Cuff

  4. Did some more digging and I'm pretty sure #1 is Charley Trippi and #9 is Timmy Brown.

  5. Thanks, Jim but Kaimac may be more right ... Timmy Brown or Herschel Walker on #9 and Trippi over Baugh at #1 ...

    2. Thanks Brian. It's been fun trying to figure these out. #5 and #7 have still got me puzzled, but if I do anymore digging through PFR, I'm going to get a headache.

  9. I love throwbacks just about anytime and I hope the NFL will continue them...I especially like the 29 Packers, 60 Broncos , 33 Pirates, 55 colts, and the shadow letters (55?) 49ers
